WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Braze is looking for a Field Marketing Associate to support the execution of our owned and sponsored event strategy, virtual and in-person. You will help manage event deliverables and communications to ensure that we’re creating an elevated, on-brand experience for customers and prospects across every touchpoint, pre, at and post event. This position reports to the Senior Director, Regional Marketing, Americas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will work in close collaboration with the North America Field Marketing Manager to handle event production and communications. You will do this by:
- Event Production
- Researching and identifying third party conferences that Braze should sponsor, with a strong understanding of attendee demographics and event goals
- Sourcing venues, food, beverage and entertainment for owned events
- Serving as the main point of contact, either virtually or in-person, for vendors and venues
- Managing onsite branding and gifting for live events, including the shipment of necessary materials
- Managing check in and post event list uploads
- Assisting with the management of individual event budgets
- Event Communications
- Working with the North America Field Marketing Manager to build pre and post-event promotion plans that will drive registrations and meetings
- Owning audience development for our “Grow with Braze” webinar series
- Drafting internal communications to enable the sales organization on understanding event goals and what their action items are as a result
WHO YOU ARE
You are a creative marketer that believes in the power of experiences to generate brand awareness and engagement from target accounts. You are able to manage multiple events at any given point in time. Your thoroughness and attention to detail enables you to create the ultimate event experience for Braze customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in field marketing or B2B events
- Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Team-oriented and process-minded, always looking for opportunities to improve collaboration
- Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors
- Experience with Marketo, Bizzabo and Hopin is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically
