Field Marketing Manager

Bizzabo is searching for a Field Marketing Manager to support the Marketing team in executing strategic events and programs. This person will be a key player in growing brand awareness and sales pipeline through field events, industry trade shows, and hosted events, and will work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to come up with creative and impactful events to drive the business forward.
This role will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage Bizzabo’s sponsorships, trade shows, summits, and field events from start to finish
- Execute and optimize Bizzabo's event playbooks
- Set-up event pages, registration, email campaigns, timelines, and deadlines to ensure event success
- Source and negotiate contracts for various venues and vendors
- Manage show logistics (banners, swag, handouts, deliverables)
- Own and track all event budgets
- Collect and upload post-event lead data
- Provide reports on event campaign performance
- Lead pre and post team meetings for each event
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years experience supporting a marketing team at a technology company (B2B startup experience is a plus)
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are key
- Ability to collaborate across teams including sales, customer success and product
- Excellent problem solving skills and creative mindset
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Event management experience is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot (or similar) is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs
