Field Service Engineer

TLDR

Focal technical expert for CFM and LEAP engines, coordinating with back-office teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

  • Focal point and technical assistance for the engines CFM and LEAP to the final customer.
  • Facilitate the communication between the final customer and the different back-office services (logistics, Customer Support Center, warranties, etc.).
  • Periodical reports to the engines’ provider regarding the final customer satisfaction and all operational issues.
  • Proposal of tailored solutions for the final customer.
  • Participation in marketing campaigns as technical expert.
  • Engineering Degree related to Aviation or Powerplant
  • Powerplant experience (ideally on CFM56 / LEAP-1B engines)
  • Knowledge of all related Maintenance Manuals, ADs, SBs, VSBs, Work Orders, Engineering Orders
  • Customer orientation
