Finance Analyst

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 p/a dependent on experience

Plus access to annual bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Hybrid approach (need to be able to commute to Hastings, East Sussex)

Job role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Finance Team to support continued growth.

The Finance Analyst will play a vital part in taking responsibility and ownership for the oversight of all financial planning, reporting and analysis for the UK business.

You’ll be responsible for working with the business to monitor and analyse financial performance, utilising your analytical skills to identify opportunities and threats and working with the business to try and embed such opportunities and mitigate impacts.

This role would be ideal for someone with excellent analytical and modelling skills (particularly in Excel, Power BI & Tableau) with great attention to detail. The holder should have the ability to work autonomously but also be equally comfortable with collaborating with teams and colleagues at all levels. The ideal candidate will also have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal and be capable of explaining complex information in an easy-to-understand way.
