We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team in London. This person will be responsible for managing monthly financial and management accounting across all Wasserman UK Corporate cost centres, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely reporting submissions. Including the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
The main responsibilities are;
- Prepare and manage the annual local statutory account submission for the UK and specific European entities
- Co-ordinate the UK audit being a day to day contact for the Auditors
- Ownership and preparation of the month end close process across the Corporate cost centre
- Manage the annual budgeting process for the Corporate cost centres
- Review and manage payrolls, with an understanding of any variance to forecast / budget by employee. Ensure timely payments to employees, cash movements between UK companies included on the UK payroll and to the payroll bureau
- Weekly cashflow management and forecast input for all assigned bank accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years post accounting qualification or qualified by experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications specifically with Excel. Including Pivot tables & VLOOKUPs.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections in a clear and insightful manner to non-finance as well as finance users
- Experience working in a multi-national company
