About the Role: Medici is seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Marketing & Content Manager to support both Medici Health and Medici Peptides. This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social media channels, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting founder visibility, and helping grow brand awareness across both businesses. The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator, project manager, and marketing operator. They thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and understand how to translate business goals into compelling content and community engagement. What you will work on

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • CPA preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.

  • Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant in a growth-stage company.

  • Advanced QuickBooks experience required, including billing, reconciliations, reporting, accounts receivable, and multi-entity financial management.

  • Experience using Bill.com for accounts payable management, employee reimbursements, payment processing, and approval workflows.

  • Experience managing accounts receivable, billing operations, and recurring revenue.

  • Experience managing recurring memberships, subscriptions, healthcare billing, or other recurring revenue models preferred.

  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
