We’re looking for a dynamic, highly personable, motivated, and resourceful Financial Crime Compliance Analyst to join our talented compliance team in Miami.
In your role you will :
- Reviewing and analyzing alerts, transactions, and account activity to identify potentially suspicious activity
- Conduct money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crimes investigations using a variety of software applications and other tools while documenting steps taken through the investigation process
- Identify and escalate any issues that impact the quality of the surveillance alerts
- Assist Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining on-boarding and training materials for company staff
- Work cross-department to proactively identify and resolve any queries and complaints
- Work closely with the Director of Compliance/BSA AML Officer to maintain, update policies and procedures.

About you:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Financial Crime Compliance Analyst
- Strong written communication in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent BSA / AML 3 years experience
