• Be ready to start the Social Media strategy from scratch 

• To be aware of the influencers and content creators market in Italy (especially about football)

• Building & animating Omada’s community inside the app & on social networks (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat)

• Replying and interacting with Omada players on a daily basis.

• Working with the marketing team to determine the trends around sports for Gen Z in Italy

• Acquiring a good knowledge and understanding of the Omada product and its positioning, in order to talk about it smoothly.

• Adopting the Omada’s way of talking : fun, friendly and direct !

• You are comfortable writing and have significant experience in community management.

• You are an avid sports fan, especially soccer.

• You are autonomous, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Basic knowledge of Figma or a graphic design tool is a plus.

• A screening interview via Zoom (30 min) with Camille Lefrancq, Talent Acquisition Manager, to understand your motivations and answer your first questions.

• An interview on site or via Zoom (1h) with Clément Da Silva, Social Media Manager, and Julien Fontan, Head of Brand Marketing, to go deeper into your background and make sure that our respective expectations are aligned.

• A practical case study to do at home

• A final interview (1h) with Adrien Miniatti, CEO, and Adrien Dulong, COO Omada.
