As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be instrumental in business partnering with the Senior Leadership Team and Functional Leaders in providing insights and driving discussions to promote business growth for Coda. You will lead and mentor FPA Analysts, and serve as a key business partner to executive management, where needed by providing financial advice and recommendations on current performance and the impact of business decisions. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive the discussion on the development and formulation of business plans by providing management with financial advice and recommendations, including challenging business assumptions through the analysis of current performance, trends, market dynamics, and pricing. 
  • Manage key financial processes, consolidate and analyse financial and management reports (including reports prepared for Coda’s Board of Directors), track business OKRs and provide insight on business performance across the regions and functions.
  • Oversee the drafting, preparation, distribution and Q&A related to analyses requested by the Board and other key stakeholders.
  • Play a lead role in the annual budgeting and forecasting process involving all business functions.
  • Be involved in process improvement projects to increase the efficiency and productivity of the FP&A team.  

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role; experience working in a multinational, cross-functional organization a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-led organization also a plus.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence/convince internal and senior stakeholders using powerful narratives.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; highly organized; ability to manage successfully multiple projects across team members in parallel.
  • Understanding of / interest in the gaming, payments, fintech and e-commerce industries is preferred.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
