FP&A Manager

Who You Are:

As the FP&A Manager you will be an integral part of the Supergoop! Finance team. You will be responsible for providing global financial and business support through forecasts, insights, presentations, reports and analysis. You will actively participate on all budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as provide support on specific strategic projects. Reporting to the AVP, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will work closely with senior management and act as a key partner to all departments on their business KPIs

Responsibilities: 

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create and improve process and analysis of Budget and Forecast. 
  • Communicate and Collaborate with department leaders in order to monitor and control department spending
  • Reporting improvement: Leading initiatives to improve & develop key reporting documents (e.g. Sales, Finance dashboards, ad hoc reports etc.)
    • Core financial statements MTD, QTD YTD.  P&L, BS and CFS. Budget, Forecast and Actual
    • P&L by channel, market, customer
    • 13 week cash flow roll forward
  • Analyze current and past trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses
  • Actively support monthly closing activities (Accruals, Opex approval, Departmental reporting, etc.)
  •  Participate and/or lead “ad-hoc” projects: actively collaborate with AVP Finance and CFO in analyzing complex set of information (e.g. Sales detail by product, long range budget, cost optimization) and producing presentation documents for top management

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field preferred but not required
  • 5+ years in finance or financial planning and analysis experience
  • Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and periodic business reviews
  • High proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) and in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Significant analytical skill set, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
  • Strong quantitative abilities 
  • Able to solve complex problems
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written
  • Experience with ERP system is a plus

 

Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
