FP&A Specialist

Job Description:

• Responsible on modelling medium and long-term business plans within Shopee Express and Logistics’ team
• Build business cases to support teams on decision-making in strategical projects
• Monitoring main operational KPIs and assessing their impacts on Shopee Express’ cost structure
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and aligning them with different stakeholders
• Be the gatekeeper of Shopee Express cost control, ensuring that all teams are aligned with a cost efficiency culture
• Report costs in Shopee Express main operational legs (First Mile, Sorting Center, Line Haul and Last Mile)
• Help on create presentations and high-quality reporting for upper management and operational leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed from any major 
• Advanced English
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
