We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as an Fulfillment Specialist. As part of our fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders in an efficient manner, and process returns.

- Helping patients start and stay on treatment with rules-driven smart interactions via phone, email, SMS, mobile, web and printed materials
- Delivering value to all key market participants through optimal use of treatment – patients, HCPs, payers, and biopharmaceutical companies. Our clients are the biopharmaceutical companies who need to ensure their medicines are taken as prescribed
- Designing our organization as a system and ‘designing-in’ the right roles, technologies, data flows, processes, decisions, and improvement mechanisms
The core of the role is…
- Fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift.
- Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing mailers within our CRM Resilix
- Assemble, Address, Apply Postage, and Ship direct mail materials
- Receiving, Unpacking, Verifying and Recording incoming freight and arranging for the Transportation of Assets.
- Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
- Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry.

Qualifications…
- Background as a Fulfillment Specialist
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in use of CRM technology
- The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Highly focused and driven towards goal of maximizing daily shipping output and reducing errors
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a warehouse setting
- OSHA certification
- Forklift Certification
