Full-Stack Developer
As a member of the Tulip Software development team you will have the exciting opportunity to develop brand new features and maintain existing web applications to meet the huge demand for Tulip’s capabilities. You will build things quickly, iteratively, and try to get in front of real users within months.
As a full stack developer on our growing team, you will get a chance to develop complex web applications, using a healthy mix of Javascript (Node.js, React), GO and PHP. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you would help gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, architect solutions, solve technical issues, and strive to create a balance between the speed of delivery and feature-richness of Tulip products. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys the challenge and responsibility of large projects.

What you'll do:
- Play a key role in frontend and backend development of complex, responsive web applications in JavaScript (node.js, React), PHP, and more.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues impacting client/server side applications and RESTful API’s.
- Build and maintain product integrations into our partner ecosystems
- Perform code reviews
- Assist Technical Leads in resolving and communicating internal and external customer related issues
What you'll need:
- Intermediate Javascript development (something more jQuery)
- Experience in back-end service or API development in a language like PHP, Java, C#, or JS as well
- Eager learner - positive and communal / supportive attitude
- Exposure to data and analytics technologies such as Google’s BigQuery and Firebase
- Experience with Node, React, modern JS frameworks like Vue
- Good with working with distributed teams between Toronto and KW
- Care about end users and their experience
