- Design, develop, and deliver full-stack features using modern web technologies and frameworks

- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability

- 3–6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies, including TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services
- Solid understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent environments
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, performance optimization, and system design
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup or high-growth environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing speed with engineering best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using modern development workflows and AI-powered engineering tools
