We are currently seeking a Furniture Sourcing Manager, based remote.  This role will be responsible for sourcing developments in multiple countries from design handoff to purchase order. Analyze and deliver accurate pricing to Product and Sales teams that meets the original objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Quote negotiations.
• Develop thorough understanding of the factory matrix: strengths and weaknesses, competencies, quality levels, etc.
• Become a product specialist for the furniture category.
• Analyze item quotes to present opportunities and challenges to Strategy and Sales teams
• Partner with Design team on value engineering.
• Work with Strategy team to align on attainable goals.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and Compliance teams to ensure our company standards are met.

Skills Required

• Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to analyze large amounts of information.
• Strong organization and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work as part of multiple cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of furniture construction and manufacturing is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years experience in global sourcing, product development, or related fields.
• Furniture development / sourcing experience is a plus.
