The purpose of the Game Lead CS:GO is to oversee the planning, delivery and execution of all CS:GO projects. Lead the project team and constantly work toward operational excellence and improvements and be the operational point of contact for internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the group of project managers for CSGO, and together with VP Game Ecosystems plan staff assignments.
• Onboarding new team members into the CSGO project team.
• Oversee planning and execution of all CSGO products, and focusing on maintaining & improving quality of each event.
• Plan, execute and complete assigned projects according to Product Brief
• Accountable to maintain budgets for events & leagues up to date in IO and support on monthly closing, forecasting & budgeting (reports to Director of Games,Project Management)
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and goals for your project and hold others accountable for their deliverables
• Make sure that the project accomplishes financial objectives by setting the budget targets, continuously following up and identifying variances.

• Exceptional CS:GO experience, understanding the ins and outs of the game itself and the competitive landscape.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to determine, manage, and meet budget expectations.
• Solid people management capabilities, demonstrating emotional intelligence, focusing on employee growth/development, etc.
