General Accountant

1. Costing & Expense Control

• Perform product costing and analyze cost variances within an EMS manufacturing environment.
• Monitor operational expenses and prepare periodic expense estimations and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to support budget control and cost optimization.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Control

• Monitor daily warehouse movements and reconcile gaps between system records and physical inventory.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and coordinate with related departments for resolution.
• Support periodic stocktaking and ensure inventory data accuracy.

3. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage and control accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Record monthly AP/AR transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Review, reconcile, and supervise bookkeeping activities related to AP/AR transactions.
• Perform periodic AP/AR reconciliations in accordance with Company policies.

4. Financial Reporting

• Prepare financial, management, and other reports as required and instructed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/EMS environment.
• Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) are required.
• Experience with accounting software, especially Dynamics 365, is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), especially data analysis and reporting in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
