WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Working with third party agencies to ingest globally supplied campaign assets and toolkits into the Central Adaptation team (Central Adaptation Model - CAM)
  • Be the Global POC for all Campaign related questions, and owning the distribution of answers to wider team groups
  • Work with both CAM and adidas teams globally to make sure local markets are following toolkits and brand guidelines
  • Working closely with adidas global clients to continuously improve and optimise toolkits through reporting and data analysis
  • Drive the sharing of assets across CAM teams globally to help improve brand consistency and efficiency
  • Responsible for ensuring all CAM teams have the master assets required to deliver against their client needs
  • Work with the regional CAM teams to track and report on the number of assets used and created within each campaign 
  • Work with regional and global CAM teams to understand market nuances and changes made at a campaign level and feedback to adidas global 
  • Working closely with adidas to provide weekly campaign updates to all CAM teams
  • Connect with OLIVER Studio A lead to ensure assets created and passed to CAM are captured
  • Duplication / wastage tracking and reporting based on full overview of global asset creation by campaign
  • A strong passion for sport and particularly for the adidas brand 
  • Ideally a strong background in advertising campaign adaptation production and reporting

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 5 - 7  years experience working in an agency / high volume production environment 
  • Strong client facing and communication skills
  • Experience working in an advertising agency; sports and lifestyle category is a plus
  • Experience delivering creative or creative production for retail and paid media campaigns also a plus
  • A solid understanding of the differences in channel and file types across Retail and in-store advertising, Digital, Social, OOH, DOOH and Press 
  • Experience working within global team structure
  • A solid understanding of channel best practices
  • A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with high volumes of activity
  • Be a solution focused team member, with confident communication skills both internally and externally with client 
  • Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organised 
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and using data to inform decisions 
  • Ability to quickly immerse in brands, problem-solve and be fully into role within 90 days
  • A basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and AfterEffects and their usage
  • Past experience in managing external stakeholder relationships
  • Comfortable and experienced with working with remote clients and functional team in different time zones and cultures, and forging strong internal relationships
