We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, but we are just at the start of our journey. We’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our Global Care Team.
Your mission:
As a Project Manager in the Global Care Team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing key care projects & key initiatives on a global scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and delivery of projects that elevate our customer and partner experience to the highest standards. Your expertise in project management methodologies, leadership skills, and passion for customer-centricity will be critical in driving the company's growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your role (responsibilities):
- Project Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the VP and ADs of Care to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with the overall customer experience strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, dependency mapping, and budgets, considering global implications and regional variations.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to ensure smooth project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing, product teams, commercial, legal and IT etc., to coordinate efforts and align on project goals.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
- Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to achieve project objectives efficiently on time and within budget.
- Monitor resource utilisation to ensure optimum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Execution:
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Proactively identify and address any deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction:
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of customer experience in all projects.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Reporting, Communication and Documentation:
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference.
Requirements:
- You have proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the customer experience domain
- You possess robust experience working on highly technical and complex projects that require implementing new tools/platforms and integration with existing tools/platforms.
- You are fully proficient in English and have excellent communication skills
- You are based in London, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Madrid, Milan or Berlin.
- You have a strong understanding and demonstrated proof of using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools
- You have the ability to understand technical language and translate that into simple concepts to communicate with different stakeholders.
- You possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- You have excellent interpersonal abilities and are capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and markets.
- You have an analytical mindset and problem -solving mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
