About BEES 

BEES is a digital organization within AB InBev building a platform to improve the ways retailers run their businesses and interact with the world’s largest brewer. We provide transactional and educational resources to SMB retailers across the world to help reduce the overhead of their day-to-day operations and make their businesses more profitable. Today more than 2,700,000 SMB retailers across 15 countries use the BEES platform to transact with the AB InBev and manage their business. 

The BEES marketplace is expanding into the sale of digital products, including prepaid phone recharges, utilities, and other intangible goods and services. As the Global Expansion Manager of the digital products business line, you will be responsible for the launch of our digital products business in new countries. You will contribute to the development of our global strategy, conduct market research to adapt it to local realities, and oversee its implementation locally. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow our market share and partner closely with global and local verticals across commercial, operations and technology to exploit those opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Translate global business strategy into actionable launch plans at a local level and oversee its successful execution within markets as they scale
  • Partner closely with digital products leadership to translate launch learnings into expansion and growth strategy
  • Be an ambassador for the team by fostering strong relationships with global and local verticals per country for successful business expansion
  • Develop a localized communication strategy that provides visibility, consistency, and transparency
  • Develop a resourcing plan that meets the needs of the strategy and the constraints of the budget
  • Inform product strategy based on launch learnings and ensure the timeliness and quality of its delivery
  • Identify improvement opportunities for local execution and the holistic customer experience using a data-driven approach
  • Interface with and present to leadership regularly on business health and program status

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years project & program management
  • Strong knowledge of process transformation in complex environments & process digitalization
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills -building and maintaining trusted relationships with leadership and operations
  • High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Ability to synthesize and break down complex concepts into operational plan
  • Adept at analyzing behavioral and commercial data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Values accountability, transparency, and is a true owner
