Global Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

Now, Murad is looking for a highly organized and motivated global marketing coordinator, who will help drive excellent execution as we embark on this brand transformation journey. This role will lead marketing coordination and reporting, as well as support project management for key initiatives. This position is hybrid and will be based in our El Segundo, CA headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and work remotely for the rest of the workweek, unless business needs require otherwise. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish business, competitor, and social monitoring to help guide decision making
• Lead coordination of creative requests and approval routing, ensuring that tasks are organized and completed on time
• Support in project management of new products
• Assist in creative briefs, copy development, copy translations, pack development, new product development
• Develop launch presentations and own monthly internal marketing bulletin to ensure seamless communication with cross functional teams
• Manage brand marketing budgets, including raising POs and accruals 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion and/or beauty industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
• Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the global marketing team and cross-functional teams
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with unprompted follow-through
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Creative thinker, self-starter
• Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of global beauty and/or luxury goods markets
