Hours: 36 hours/week | Rotating shifts: morning, evening & weekends | On-site
Salary: €2,800–€3,360 gross/month (based on 36 hours/week)
About the Role
Get-e is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for driven, adaptable team players to grow with us. As a Global Operations Specialist, you’ll work at the core of our 24/7 international service team, supporting B2B customers and transport partners across the world. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, deliver exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Your profile
What You'll Do
Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe.
Perform quality checks and assess booking details.
Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working).
Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
