TLDR
Lead design and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations, driving make-or-buy decisions, global assessments, and mastery of operations data.
Design and improve operations footprint:
- Engage in make or buy decisions
- Assess new products from financial and risk perspective
- Be active part in global network assessments and strategic projects (e.g. plant opening/closing aso)
Review and improve operations processes
- Assess level of maturity of production sites
- Contribute as expert in operations improvement projects
- Own and improve Operations Masterdata
Establish a culture of continuous improvement
- coach and mentor professionals and operations leaders
- be active part in talent management
- Masters Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or relevant education with relevant work experience
- Experience in Project Management
- Adanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge in SAP is a big advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in change management
- Structured working stile with an eye for details
