GMP Sales Specialist

Media.Monks is looking for a GMP Sales Specialist to help us sell a diverse set of media engagements while integrating with an amazing cross-functional talent pool across our global network. In Media.Monks’ Media Pillar, you will lead new business opportunities directly tied to our tech partnerships and internal company categories, supporting clients looking to use enterprise marketing stacks and access a variety of services from our Media teams. 

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Previously held a technical role, thus are capable of talking to the marketing stacks on a more granular level
  • Broad knowledge of the media industry/landscape
  • Experience building and maintaining tech partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the GMP stack (CA360, SA360, DV360 etc.)
  • Go-getter attitude - requiring little oversight to achieve your objectives
  • Innate Problem-Solving skills

The Day-to-Day

  • Responsible for the movement and maintenance of the status & progress of our EMEA Media Direct Sales pipelines
  • Provide clients with solutions and recommendations. Collect client feedback and ensure it is reflected in initial services and engagement scopes.
  • Craft and deliver client presentations
  • Communicate engagement requirements & expectations to fulfillment teams in order to meet client expectations.
  • Manage all processes required in order to obtain a range of client approvals and execute legal and financial contracting
  • Oversee all scheduling of key internal and external meetings focused on relationship development and management
  • Collaborate with Media teams to 
    • Understand our staffing and profitability against initial engagement scopes & forecasts
    • Anticipate & identify resourcing needs and challenges 
    • Ideate and design on business-level solutions and process to support go-to-market commercialization and execution activities
  • Advise senior Activation/Resale and Media leadership on client/market trends

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of Google Marketing in-platform experience
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, sell, and close large-scale Media strategies and engagements.
  • Comfortable with data, qualitative and quantitative. 
  • Ability to scope digital media engagements and collaborate with fulfillment teams to ensure initial success
  • Strong self-organizational skills across competing asks and priorities
  • Strong project management skills to organize teams across complex projects
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Adaptability and comfort with change and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to rapidly changing digital marketing landscape
