As a graphic designer on our team, you will be counted on to create designs that engage and convert audiences into first-time and eventual repeat customers. This means your design choices, style of graphics and how everything comes together should connect with and persuade the target audience we’re going for.
While design can be subjective, results are not.

We own a health & wellness e-commerce brand that in just 4 years, has quietly gone from zero to $100M+ in annual revenue. We have built this brand from the ground up with the support of a close-knit team that's like family. And despite our early achievements, we are still far from our goals and ambitions.
Key role & responsibilities
Researching Design
- Studying target market psychology (desires, motivations, pains, fears etc)
- Understanding our products (ingredient benefits, advantages over competitors, unique differentiation etc)
- Referencing competitors (their design hooks, concepts, styles and trends leveraging)
- Finding good Hooks (a good design hook grabs attention from the beginning)
- Consolidating research to build a swipe file for reference
Designing For Conversions
- Application of persuasive elements (scroll stoppers, social proof, guarantees etc) into overall design, while maintaining a polished aesthetic that follows brand guidelines
- Collaborate with writers to create new banners, ads and/or landing pages that stop the scroll and convert audiences into customers
- Documenting and templatizing winning graphics so we can recreate successful concepts/ formats and spark new ideas amongst the team
- Improve performance of winning ads (variations, optimizations, split tests either through animations, new visual hooks or even 3D renders)
- Ad-hoc design tasks/projects (product labels, product graphics, icons and logos etc)
- Collaborate with creative strategist on how to improve campaign results
Work arrangement
This is a full-time position.
Official working hours: 10am - 7pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday - Friday

Technical skills:
- Strong design thinking skills (Clarify, Ideate, Develop, Implement)
- Must be fluent in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Able to combine strong, relevant aesthetics (suited to our target market) with direct response elements
- Understanding of “scroll stopping” concepts (creating designs that grab attention immediately)
Soft skills:
- High level of ownership of the output and performance of your designs (If it’s working, expand on Its success. If it’s not working, figure out why and revise it)
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) - able to put thoughts and ideas across logically and clearly
- Efficient and able to complete work on time with high standards
- Highly agile and adaptable - we test plenty of creatives on our paid marketing channels. You will need to be able to think on your feet, take constructive feedback, study results from the tests quickly, and execute new tests with speed and quality.
- Great team player - resourceful, able to work cohesively and contribute in a team
- Good problem-solving skills - able to think critically, navigate ambiguity, break down and solve problems in a logical and practical manner
- Meticulous - Attention to detail, ability to produce consistent quality work under pressure
Preferred Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with performance-driven teams/campaigns
- Must have a strong portfolio of designs that have performed well for clients/brands (created for FB, IG, Tiktok and/or emails)
- Experience with creative split testing is a bonus
