Great Lakes Region Sales Manager
TLDR
Leads regional sales efforts for a cancer diagnostics portfolio, building and guiding a team of SAEs, shaping strategic plans, and driving revenue growth through data-driven leadership.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Lead and manage a team of SAEs, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. As needed, step in and drive orders and volume when required to cover territory gaps and regional target attainment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive decision-making.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.)
Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
10+ Years of Relevant Sales Experience in Oncology/Urology (Strongly Preferred)
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including familiarity with cancer diagnostics tests and/or treatments
Proficiency in SFDC CRM and Google Workspace is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing sales teams.
