The Role
As a Growth Associate you'll be joining a high performing team focused on growing Wayflyer. You'll be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy from day 1, with great opportunities to grow your skillset and accelerate your career. You'll work on a range of the most important problems facing our company as we scale and your work will have a tangible impact on our growth.
Our Marketing and Growth team is an ambitious bunch and are looking for someone who is excited about building out this important team at Wayflyer.

What will I do? ✨
- Own the delivery of cross functional initiatives to drive Wayflyer's growth
- Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop a deep understanding of how Wayflyer grows and to create ideas to increase growth
- Work with the rest of the marketing and growth team to prioritise these ideas and distill them into testable experiments
- Own the delivery of these experiments from end to end. This includes scoping the experiments, working with cross functional teams to implement them and conducting high quality analysis of the results.
- For experiments that work, scale them into channels that consistently deliver customers for Wayflyer
What skills do I need? 💻
- You have a passion for startups and online businesses (these are our only customers!).
- You enjoy working in Excel, SQL, and Python or are keen to learn.
- Having a good understanding of marketing or growth at high-growth technology companies is a plus but not required
- You have 2+ years experience in a high growth startup, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or other area where you delivered significant impact
