GTM and Business Operations Lead
TLDR
Hands-on operations and finance leader reporting to the CEO to scale the business, support founder-led sales, manage budget and investor relations, and optimize CRM and revenue reporting.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations and finance professional to report directly to Safari AI's CEO and manage a meaningful part of the company. You’ll be able to drive mission-critical day-to-day business operations, set the company up for scale and support the company’s most pressing strategic initiatives to help grow the business.
What you will be Leading
- Lead essential business operations functions, including but not limited to Finance, Vendor Management, Investor Relations, Auditing, and other everyday functions
- Manage the company model and budget
- Pair up with the CEO to enable and scale up founder-led sales
- Manage our CRM, revenue reporting and other sales KPI's
- Assist the CEO in future fundraising and current investor relations efforts
Requirements for the Role
- Strong academic and professional track record demonstrating business impact and adaptability
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Management Consulting, or similar Operations / Finance / Strategy leadership position at a early- or mid-stage startup, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bias for action with natural ability to multitask
- Eager to "eat responsibility" and not wait to be told what to do
