Accountabilities:
  • Take full end-to-end ownership of complex engineering problems, from design and implementation to deployment and iteration.
  • Build, ship, and maintain high-performance systems with a strong emphasis on speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Continuously improve product architecture and codebases with a focus on efficiency and long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly translate product ideas into production-ready systems.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive technical solutions without waiting for direction.
  • Ensure engineering excellence through rigorous self-review, testing, and fast feedback loops.
  • Contribute to system-level decisions that shape product direction and technical strategy.
  • Requirements

    • Proven ability to operate in high-ownership, fast-paced engineering environments.
    • Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and languages.
    • Demonstrated track record of shipping production-grade systems at speed.
    • High agency, strong initiative, and comfort working without heavy structure or guidance.
    • Deep understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture principles.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward practical execution over theoretical discussion.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in high-intensity teams.
    • Comfort working in ambiguous environments with rapidly changing priorities.
    • Passion for building, iterating, and continuously improving technical products.
