What you'll do
As our first HR leader in the US, you will build and scale the HR function from scratch. You will lead both talent acquisition and people operations, supporting rapid growth — particularly across high-volume field sales teams — as we scale to 1,000+ employees in the US.Key Responsibilities
- Establish and scale the HR function from scratch overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Build and execute a high-volume hiring strategy, especially for sales teams
- Set up onboarding, performance management, and employee life cycle processes
- Design and implement learning & development (L&D) programs to support performance, and leadership growth
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws across multiple states
- Own payroll strategy and execution (initially outsourced, with a transition to in-house as the organization scales)
- Partner with leadership to support rapid growth and organizational development
- Develop processes to manage high-growth environments
Who you are
- Experience in high-growth environments with high-volume hiring
- Strong background in people operations and talent acquisition
- Experience scaling organizations, ideally sales-driven
- Working knowledge of US labor laws across multiple states (you know what to look for and when to involve experts)
- Proven ability to build processes from scratch and scale them
- Hands-on and execution-focused mindset
