The Role
As the Head of Corporate Development, you will work with Palantir’s leadership team to lead its business and corporate development initiatives. You will be responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, partnerships and alliances, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Palantir’s growth strategy through identification, assessment and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
- Partner with Finance and other areas of the business before, during and after the M&A processes, to ensure the deals make strategic sense, fit with Palantir’s forward-looking business plans and are integrated smoothly into the business.
- Manage key deliverables including creating analyses, overseeing deal execution and identifying next steps in the deal process.
What We Value
- 5+ years experience in corporate development or M&A.
- Demonstrated record of effectively leading teams to execute all aspects of transactions, including direct experience in M&A negotiation, execution and integration.
- Proven project management skills with experience taking initiative and owning outcomes, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to efficiently maintain a deal process with precision while meeting tight deadlines.
