Head of Finance Operations
Head of Finance Operations is a hands-on general problem solver with an ability to take ownership of multiple functions across the organisation and ultimately build teams to achieve great results. This role reports to the Revolut Group CFO. The Head of Finance Operations is responsible for:
• Building and optimising scalable processes in finance to help keep the company in a state of hyper growth.
• Guiding engineering development in order to maintain congruence between the tools and established processes.
• Leading hiring process within Finance Operation.
• Guiding development (end to end) of core infrastructure projects within Finance.
• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly.
• Maintaining integrity of global finance operation functions, such as reporting, payment operations and product control.
• Building processes to enable financial data for Finance Control and FP&A teams
• Working with departments outside the Finance Operation to establish smooth and efficient data flow of business transactions into financial infrastructure.
• Proactively searching for new ways to maintain seamless interdepartmental interactions.
