Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced GTM operator to lead all GTM-focused portfolio support efforts. Your goal will be to help portfolio companies build A+ GTM machines that increase revenues, retain more customers, and increase the likelihood of long-term success. You'll do this as both a player and coach, and in close partnership with Compliance. You'll work closely with founders, executives, and colleagues to build and implement playbooks, design and execute action plans, diagnose and fix critical issues, lead workshops and events, build high-value communities, and ultimately improve outcomes. Build our GTM capability, expertise, and brand
- Design our centralized GTM frameworks, tools, best practices, and programming
- Set measurable goals that drive the right outcomes for us and companies
- Hire and manage GTM specialists and advisors to fill critical expertise needs/gaps across our portfolio
- Build and maintain a strong network of GTM operators and partners that can help our companies
- Design programs, workshops, communities, and events that help scale GTM support across the portfolio
- Advise P72V teams on GTM topics in support of theme research and pipeline due diligence
- Partner closely with Compliance on all GTM efforts

Help portfolio companies build A+ GTM machines that grow revenue and improve outcomes
- Work closely with deal teams to understand context, priorities, and goals
- Drive GTM best practice implementation across portfolio companies
- Build and lead world-class workshops that meaningfully level-up companies on GTM
- Diagnose GTM issues and orchestrate/execute action plans to fix them
- Train CEOs on the traction KPIs/numbers that matter
- Guide portfolio companies to develop relevant compensation strategies for GTM
- Constantly find ways to increase company traction, revenue growth, and sales efficiency in alignment with next round goals
- Help source, assess, and land A+ GTM talent across critical open positions
- Galvanize the broader P72V platform to help companies through introductions, referrals, advice, and projects

The annual base salary for this role is $300,000 USD, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
