About the role ...
We are looking for an experienced professional to reimagine the supply chain with us. Our supply chain needs to have radically shorter product development times, smaller production runs, faster iterations, higher quality, and the most transparent standards. We will work with a range of suppliers locally and internationally, and across industries.
As an early employee and part of the founding team, you will be a critical part of our company’s product direction and future. You will be building the bones of our company and making decisions that will control the trajectory of the company.
What you’ll be doing ...
- Vision: Set vision for Supply Chain and serve as a key stakeholder in company-wide decision making with the express objective of enabling growth, improving margins, and reducing operational cost.
- Data and tech forward: Constantly use data and seek the latest technology to improve upon the Supply Chain platform and create efficiencies.
- Operations: Responsible for all Supply Chain operations, including sourcing, manufacturing, co-packing, packaging, distribution, transportation, new initiatives, inventory management, process improvement.
- Customer Focus: Maintain the highest customer-facing standards including delivery transit times, quality of packaging, quality of products.
- Quality & Safety: Chief guardian of safety and quality of our products, ensuring that our products, especially ingestible (non-hard goods), are delivered with no compromise in safety.
- Team: Build, lead and develop a best-in-class team.
We’d love to talk if you …
- Have 5+ years of relevant operations and supply chain experience at DTC companies.
- Experience working with Asian manufacturers is preferred.
- Love rolling up your sleeves, thinking about improvements and building systems and processes.
- Execute. You’re resourceful, driven, systematic and always focused on solving problems and executing.
- Have strong quantitative skills and are a systematic thinker.
- Are passionate about disruptive entrepreneurial businesses.
