Head of Product Engineering - Fintech / B2B/ SAAS
Cybrilla is a fintech infra company, digitizing the mutual funds industry infrastructure. We serve two customer segments (i) MF Distributors (ii) MF AMCs and have 50+ customers using our SAAS offerings. We have achieved the product market fit and are now in a growth phase with focus on building the organization for scale.

Your role as Head of Product Engineering :
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to lead our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our technical strategy, including product development, engineering operations, and infrastructure. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for driving innovation, delivering high-quality software products, and ensuring that our technology roadmap aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our technical strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives
- Manage the development and delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate with the product management team to ensure the successful launch of new products and features
- Define and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure that the engineering team adheres to established processes, standards, and guidelines
- Manage the engineering budget and allocate resources effectively
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the fintech industry and apply them to our products and services
- You would be leading a team of enthusiastic and talented team of product engineers and technical product managers
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry strongly preferred
- Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and infrastructure
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing large, distributed teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices for software development

This role will report directly to the CTO
