Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Head of Sales France (m/f/d) who is responsible for the entire French offering. You will closely collaborate with our style and buying teams to create the best in class campaigns launched on the French Westwing website and report directly to the Offering Manager France.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Leadership of a team of Product and Sales Managers to ensure that they have exceptional brand and product awareness to create inspiring sales campaigns
• Campaign management including category and product selection, pricing and presentation based on cross-functional cooperation with our style and buying teams
• Proactively monitor performance of past sales campaigns on the French market, derive lessons learned and maximize the business opportunity for revenue and profits
• Market mapping to track competition intensity, foresee future sales challenges and improve Westwing’s offering

You come with:

• Minimum 5-year professional work experience in the area of sales within the home & living industry or other relevant fields
• Entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving skills to drive strong sales results
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics with the ability to think quickly and critically
• Proactive and efficient team player enjoying work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for home & living and interest in e-Commerce
• Extraordinary diligence paired with flexibility and pragmatism
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Fluency in French and English
