WHO YOU ARE
You are an exceptional leader, experienced in Account Management and Customer Success in the Logistics / E-Commerce / Retail / Wholesale space, with a deep passion for building relationships, solving problems, and focusing on bottom-line results.
You understand e-commerce and marketplace platforms, combining past experience both at a major industry player (e.g. Amazon) but also having built a startup or scaleup. You have at least 8 years of hands-on and leadership experience, and have led a team previously.
This is a new function within Qogita. You are excited about building processes and setting up systems from the ground up, getting into the details, collaborating with multiple teams within the organisation, and enjoy a fast-paced, fluid environment.
As we are a global company with a presence across the EU, any additional language competencies would be an added bonus.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Build and manage relationships with Qogita’s existing sellers.
- Measure and drive satisfaction, retention and loyalty on the platform.
- Develop a scalable system that can work with thousands of sellers, as well as dedicated key account management in support of our top sellers.
- Build your own team of account success associates (who will work and manage directly multiple sellers each).
- Analyse logistical patterns and common issues to give feedback to other departments.
- Gather customer feedback and help improve our product for sellers.
