People Team at Aspire

Your mission will be taking the lead on recruiting regionally and bringing like-minded talents into Aspire. You will be working closely with our Head of People, the Talent acquisition team and leaders across different countries. Your responsibility covers an end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the whole company around developing recruiting strategy, building talent pipeline, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, assessment, employer branding. You are key in enabling us to grow and build a strong and positive culture by bringing the right talent.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that contribute to Aspire's growth goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Utilize data-driven recruiting metrics to improve hiring practices.
- Build and enhance the recruitment operations and process.
- Establish Aspire as an employer of choice through compelling employer branding initiatives.
- Act as a strategic recruiting partner to C-level executives and hiring managers.
- Keep abreast of talent market trends and regulations within the APAC region.
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in an in-house recruiting role.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
- Proven ability to be both strategic in developing recruiting initiatives and hands-on in executing them.
- Strong understanding and application of data-driven recruitment strategies, using analytics to make informed decisions and improve hiring metrics.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- Creativity and resourcefulness.
- Genuine passion for people and creating positive candidate experiences.
- Strong understanding of the talent landscape and regulations within APAC.
