HEYDUDE: Manager, Digital Analytics

The Manager, Digital Analytics will deliver business intelligence and insights across HEYDUDE Digital Commerce properties!  Share insights and make decisions around investments and optimization of user experience, digital products, merchandising, marketing, promotions, and operations. Accelerate the company’s knowledge of the eCommerce and eTail channels to lead strategy. This role is located at our wonderful Westwood, MA office.

Primary Job Duties

• Establish standard reporting, insights, optimization, and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, UX, Creative, Site, and Marketing teams on the impact of strategic efforts.
• Blend disparate data sources into dashboards to tell a cohesive story.
• Lead web analytics and integration with reporting and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with respective teams to continuously test and learn.
• Give recommendations and insights as a key member of the HEYDUDE Digital Team and Crocs Global Digital Analytics teams

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of analytics or related experience
• Shown understanding of Digital Analytics vendors (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R preferred
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool preferred
• Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions. Strong leadership track record with the ability to work optimally with leadership teams.
• Balanced strategic and tactical problem solver with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills, and understanding of return on investment analysis.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers!

Travel Requirements:

• Periodic travel to regional offices and conferences
