The Sales Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for supporting the Vice President of sales and the entire North Americas sales team. This will include administrative and analytical tasks such as: calendar and travel management, meeting/event planning, maintaining sales data and ensuring integrity across systems, improving sales tools, sales sample management, and providing overall support with our GTM processes. This role is also responsible for the maintenance and implementation of Sales Operations processes to strategically establish methods of standard methodology (SOP’s) and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations for the HEYDUDE wholesale business. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external teams (including Sales, Master Data, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Finance and Customer Fulfillment) to ensure effective and consistent communication between departments. This role requires a strong ability to adapt, strong written & verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the willingness to wear many operational hats to reliably support the North America Wholesale business.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

•Work cross-functionally to achieve timely and accurate delivery of all wholesale tools.
•Support the wholesale sales meeting team(s) with coordination and supporting sales tools, documents, and accommodations
•Identify and provide administrative support for our Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Heads of Wholesale to enhance their time with wholesale partners
•Work with our Marketing Team and Account Managers/Key Account Managers to ensure timely execution of branded promotional collateral, and reviews
•Communication, Execution, Enforcement & Documentation of HEYDUDE Inc MAP policy
•Detail opportunities for Process Improvement
•Maintain cross-functional operations calendar for HEYDUDE’ GTM Process and align business processes, dates, and gates
•Act as support team for Salesforce, NuOrder, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, and other sales tools
•Support the new account setup process with cross-functional partners
•Coordinate with our cross-functional partners on the sales sample and promotional order process
•Manage calendars and travel for Vice President of Wholesale

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

•Experience with sales-facing tools (CRM systems, such as Salesforce) and sales processes is preferred
•Ability to handle key partner relationships across all levels
•Strong commercial skill, able to confidently analyze sales data and KPI reporting experience
•Consistent record of effective qualitative and quantitative judgment and decision making
•Experience working under the pressure of challenging and sometimes conflicting priorities
•Proven track record to meet deadlines
•Sophisticated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is preferred
•Self-motivated, a continuous improvement mindset, and shown success in implementing process improvements
•Effective time management/planning skills and strong attention to detail
•Consumer-centric mindset with prior retail experience preferred
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
•Project & Process Management
•MAP Administration & Enforcement experience is preferred
