High-Velocity Closer (Inside Sales)

TLDR

Drive immediate revenue by leading 3–5 daily live product demos and guiding service professionals through fast-paced, high-volume consultative selling.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead high-volume, structured product demonstrations (3–5 daily sessions) via live video calls, maintaining energy, clarity, and a strong focus on conversion and immediate enrollment.
  • Manage inbound and outbound opportunities in collaboration with SDRs, including handling live transfers and progressing prospects efficiently through the pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to service professionals by quickly identifying operational challenges and positioning the solution as a direct path to business growth.
  • Navigate objections in real time, clearly articulating value and urgency while adapting messaging to different customer profiles and industries.
  • Support initial onboarding steps after closing to ensure smooth adoption and early product value realization.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ensure timely follow-ups across a high-velocity sales cycle.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS sales, or call-center-style high-volume closing environments with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
    • Proven ability to manage fast-paced outbound or inbound sales cycles with high activity levels and strong conversion discipline.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead persuasive, structured conversations on video calls.
    • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills, remaining composed and effective under pressure.
    • Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple daily demos without loss of quality or energy.
    • Growth-oriented mindset with resilience, competitiveness, and consistent drive for performance improvement.
