The position
We're hiring for a VP of Product to lead our platform development. You'll define and execute product vision, manage a team of Product Managers, and build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
- Defining and executing the Product vision: Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy to align with the company's overall business objectives
- Leading the Product team: Build and lead a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, and fostering motivation to deliver high quality results
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the product is meeting their needs and driving value
- Developing product roadmap and strategy: Create and maintain a product roadmap and communicate that roadmap to stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Establishing and managing Product metrics: Establish and manage Product metrics to measure the success of the product, and utilize those metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Managing cross-functional teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and competition: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, and use that knowledge to inform Product decisions and stay ahead of the curve
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, having built outstanding UX products for individuals and/or businesses
- Excellent at managing complex and interconnected project deadlines
- A champion for the user experience, informed by qualitative and quantitative data, as well as a strong sense of Product intuition
- Experienced managing multiple stakeholders and exercising influence indirectly across various teams and seniority levels
- Experienced in working with KPIs, performance, and projects lead
- Demonstrated experience in effectively navigating challenging situations
- Demonstrated highly autonomous, determined, and proactive mindset
- Possesses exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven ability to effectively structure complex problems while generating innovative solutions
- Fluent in English
