What you will do

• Cover 6 office locations including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Taipei, Sydney and Dubai
• Assist new hire and transfer onboarding process including draft employment contracts, benefits administration, visa applications and payroll enrollment
• Assist employee terminations including separation letters, benefits and visa terminations
• Maintain internal HR systems and implement new company policies
• Liaise with external HR vendors on payroll, visa applications, relocation etc.
• Support daily operations of the HR department
• Build trusted relationships with your internal clients and escalate urgent matters where necessary
• Partner closely with the broader HR team including members of Payroll, Compensation,
• Benefits, and Legal across the globe
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
• Collaborate with other departments such as technology, facilities, compliance on HR related matters
• Work on ad hoc projects / requests as appropriate

What’s required

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in an HR operations capacity
•  High proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin preferred
• Strong excel analytical and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail
