We are searching for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team!

The HR Business Partner is a hands-on role for an organized, dynamic self-starter who drives the implementation of business unit specific and enterprise wide HR programs and strategies across multiple offices.  This person will be a true business partner who builds collaborative relationships with their leaders and teams. The person in this role has experience executing on operational and HR strategies such as employee relations, workforce planning and design, change management/communications, talent development, and performance management. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an advisor and thought partner for business leaders to enhance talent pipeline and increase effectiveness of the organization, continue to foster employee engagement, collaboration and teamwork
  • Lead implementation of core HR processes including workforce planning, performance management, compensation and retention planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, leading through change, and employee relations
  • Support and influence people plans within client groups to deliver business results, up to C-suite leader level
  • Execute operational aspects of people and culture management, utilizing knowledge of policies and HR practices to coach at all levels and provide employee relations support and guidance
  • Act as project manager for assigned HR initiatives and special projects across client groups
  • Work in direct partnership with HR from other areas to ensure a consistent and seamless people and culture experience
  • Support strategic talent and organizational development initiatives that address the evolving needs of the business, and programs designed to drive positive change (e.g., optimize 180/360 feedback surveys, enhance goal and performance management) 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a professional services firm or marketing/advertising agency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Must have strong advising skills, comprehensive understanding of HR principles, in-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws, and experience in resolving employee relation issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously – oriented on results
  • Experience in developing and implementing learning and development strategies and programs preferred
  • Ability to think critically and have confidence in your decision-making
  • Sound judgement and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and participate in strategic team planning
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting
  • Expertise in MS Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Human Resources Certification preferred (PHR or SPHR)
