Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766 bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 2.600 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.
As of 2023, Mandarin Oriental Costa Navarino at Navarino Bay will offer guests an ultra-premium experience with 99 earth sheltered villas and guesthouses designed to offer privacy and tranquility along with majestic views of the historic bay of Navarino, giving guests the feeling of immersing into nature.
In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.
Navarino Dunes, Costa Navarino is looking for a talented and accomplished HR Business Partner to join our HR team, based in Messinia.
As an HR Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a 'bridge' between operations and all HR functions (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Administration)- Facilitating a culture of open and honest two-way communication, ensuring key messages are cascaded to all team members, encouraging feedback and sharing of ideas and best practices.
-Maintaining an environment which embraces Costa Navarino values and culture, reinforcing the spirit of teamwork, people commitment and loyalty.
- Ensuring the implementation of various HR practices, such as employees' retention & recognition programs and performance management system.
- Monitoring and reporting on all issues with impact on employees' satisfaction and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring compliance to core HR policies and standard operational procedures.
- Participating in health & safety, sustainability and social committees.
- Managing HR social media pages.
- Managing employee relations, resolving professional conflicts, responding to employees' requests.
- Presenting monthly HR stats to HR director
- Participating in the organization of HR events
Requirements
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, HR Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field
- At least 4 years of HR experience in similar role. Relevant experience in hospitality will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- High proficiency in both English and Greek is required.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize, set priorities and multi-task.
- Patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress
- People oriented
