HR Coordinator

TLDR

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes while maintaining HR records and supporting employee engagement and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Schedule interviews and update candidate status in Zoho Recruit.
• Collect documents, release offers, and follow up until joining.
• Initiate BGV and create employee profiles in Zoho/Namely.
• Coordinate with IT/Admin for smooth onboarding.
• Track onboarding completion and mandatory trainings.
HR Operations
• Maintain employee master data and HR records.
• Track leave, attendance, payroll inputs, and transfers.
• Support internship lifecycle and full & final settlement.
• Maintain insurance and compliance documentation (including POSH).
HRIS & Documentation
• Ensure accurate data updates in HR systems.
• Maintain training, PIP, promotion, and compensation records.
Employee Support
• Assist with employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support rewards & recognition and HR events.
• Ensure adherence to workplace policies.

Requirements
• Graduate (HR preferred)
• 0–2 years’ experience in HR Operations/Coordination
• Basic knowledge of HRMS/ATS (Zoho preferred)

• Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail
