The company is recognized for hosting a wide range of esports competitions and show matches across the most popular titles, offering a comprehensive portfolio for esports audiences worldwide. Its innovative approach to content and event formats drives fan engagement, supports the growth of competitive gaming, and strengthens the global esports ecosystem. We are opening a new gaming studio in Lima! and need a proactive HR & Office Administrator to keep our daily operations flawless. Acting as the vital "right hand" to our Studio Manager, you will own the office experience; from recruitment coordination and team support to ensuring our workspace is organized and high-vibe. This is an essential, hands-on role for someone who loves variety and excels in a fast-paced, creative environment. Based daily at our studio, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our local team, ensuring that every detail is managed and the studio’s operational pulse never misses a beat.  What will you do

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Lead the recruitment cycle: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our ATS.

  • Be the face of the studio: acting as the high-vibe first point of contact for all candidates.

  • Own the onboarding flow: from contracts and welcome kits to "Day 1" studio setup.


  • HR Generalist & Local Compliance

    • Manage employee files: ensuring all documentation is organized and 100% legally compliant.

    • Streamline payroll prep: collecting overtime, bonus, and absence data for external processing.

    • Track time and attendance: maintaining precise records for vacations, sick leave, and holidays.


    • Hands-On Office Coordination

      • Manage the workspace: overseeing supplies, catering, and vendors (cleaners, repairs, and couriers).

      • Boost studio culture: coordinating team lunches, celebrations, and internal events.

      • Support the team: tackling ad-hoc tasks and tech-readying meeting rooms to keep the focus on games.

  • Bilingual Communicator: Native Spanish for local operations and fluent English for internal team coordination.

  • Proven Track Record: 2–3 years of experience in office administration, HR, or recruitment coordination.

  • Relevant Background: Prior experience with Ops-heavy teams or within the gaming and creative industries is a plus.

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in G-Suite; experience with HR software or ATS platforms is a plus.
