Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract renewals, and offboarding.
  • Ensure employee records and personnel files are maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Monitor probation confirmations and employment contract administration.
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, certificates, and employment documents.

Compliance & Labor Law

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage government inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Oversee employment contracts and legal documentation.
  • Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee relations cases.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Manage HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze HR metrics including:
    • Headcount  
    • Attrition  
    • Absenteeism  
    • Turnover  
    • Leave utilization
    • Payroll accuracy
    • Employee demographics

Employee Relations

  • Support managers and employees on HR operational matters.
  • Address employee inquiries and escalations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to improve employee experience.

Process Improvement

  • Review and enhance HR processes and workflows.
  • Implement automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Lead HR operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
