ICAP Contact Center is seeking for an HR Recruiter to join our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end process of Mass Recruitment projects
- Conduct interview sessions
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online platforms, social media, etc.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions
- Promote company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Secure candidate experience
- Provide recruitment reports to line managers
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or Economics relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Time management skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
