HR Reward Manager

We are looking for a Senior Reward professional to join our team in a role that goes beyond operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to review, improve, and further develop existing processes, with a strong focus on innovation, optimization, and digitalization.

This is role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping processes, challenging the status quo, and driving continuous improvement across compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage annual salary review processes

• Review the current bonus framework, identify improvement opportunities, and propose enhancements

• Prepare and analyze compensation and benchmarking surveys

• Conduct reporting and data analysis

• Support the region in projects related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive

• Review, develop, and improve compensation and benefits policies

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights

• Experience in process improvement, optimization, or digitalization

• Proactive, creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and regional teams

• Fluency in both English and Hungarian
